If you do not own a vehicle and you are not insured under any policy you are entitled to make a claim against the insurer of the vehicle in which you were injured.
In the event that the vehicle in which you were a passenger at the time of your accident was not insured you are entitled to make a claim against the insurer of any other vehicle involved in the accident.
If you do no not have any insurance of your own and none of the vehicles involved in the accident did either, you are entitled to make a claim against the Motor Vehicle Claims Fund. This is a fund created and maintained by the government of Ontario.
